Since our cakes are all custom made and designed, we will need at least one week notice in advance.

We can certainly use a photo as inspiration and will do our best to replicate the design, though there may be some variations due to the nature of handmade cakes.

Is a deposit required?
Yes, a deposit is required for all custom orders to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due upon pickup.

How should I store my cake before the event?
We recommend storing your cake in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. If your cake has perishable fillings, it should be refrigerated and brought to room temperature before serving.
Do you offer nut-free cakes?
Yes! Our entire store is a 100% nut-free facility. This is perfect for allergies to nuts as well as accommodating to nut free spaces!
